You know that scarf/sweater/whatever that is in your closet and you never wear but you can't bring yourself to get rid of because you like the color, or it has sentimental value (really?) or whatever? This program allows for recycling items that are not suitable for donation. That is the main reason for using it. Since it is not easy to use the rewards they are a limited incentive.
